Content
Geography
The village is located in the southern part of the Tomsk region, within the Ob-Tym lowland [2] , east of the Ob river, at a distance of about 21 kilometers (in a straight line) north-east of the village of Kozhevnikova , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 79 meters above sea level [3] .
Time Zone
The village of Astrakhantsevo, like the whole Tomsk region, is located in the time zone MSC + 4 ( Krasnoyarsk time ). The offset of the applied time relative to UTC is +7: 00 [4] . |
History
It was founded in 1720 [5] . According to 1926, there were 78 households in the village and 442 people lived (mostly Russians). Administratively, it was the center of the Astrakhan village council of the Kolarovsky district of the Tomsk district of the Siberian region [5] .

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, men accounted for 50% of the gender structure of the population, women, respectively, also 50%.
