Story
The main character of the series - lawyer Sydney Straight - after the death of her mother moved to her native Memphis to work in her father’s law firm. The relationship between them was worse than ever before, and now, when Sydney decided to return to the family, everything has become even more difficult. Realizing that there is nowhere to retreat, dad and daughter are trying to establish mutual trust. Together in court, they constitute a thermonuclear tandem, which takes on matters that seem hopeless. After both of them are behind bars for disrespecting the judge, Dad offers to start changing the system.
