Gindilis Miron Moiseevich

Gindilis Miron Moiseevich (Meer Moshkovich) (January 7, 1901 - January 27, 1993) - civil engineer, builder of the Volkhov hydroelectric power station, Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant, member of the Communist Party since 1920.

Gindilis Miron Moiseevich was born on December 25, 1900 according to the old style (January 7, 1901 according to the new style) in Kiev in the family of an employee. He studied at the Kiev art school, then at the Kiev secondary construction technical school.

In October 1917, he participated in an armed uprising against the Provisional Government in Kiev, on Pechersk, along with the soldiers of the 3rd Air Regiment.

In the spring of 1919 he joined the Kiev organization of the RSDLP (Mensheviks), joined the internationalists. From February to July 1919 he worked as a drawing technician in the technical bureau of the Kiev Council.

From July 1919 to October 1920 he served in the Red Army: in the Main Military Sanitary Directorate of Ukraine, in medical units of the 5th Army of the Eastern Front, 3rd Army of the Western Front, secretary of the military commissar.

In May 1920, on his way from the Eastern to the Western Front, he handed a letter to the editor of the Pravda newspaper about a break with the Mensheviks and an appeal to the Left Social Democrats to join the Communist Party. Since June 1920 - member of the RCP (b) . In October 1920, he was seconded and enrolled in study at the Civil Engineering Department of the Moscow Polytechnic Institute ( MVTU named after Bauman ).

He was repressed in 1937 (08/31/1937), sentenced to 10 years in ITL + PP (10/07/1937) [1] , sat in the Altai Territory and Karlag, the Saransk branch (railway construction). He worked in the design bureau of Glavkaragandashakhtstroy st. an engineer.

The second arrest was on July 26, 1949 in the city of Karaganda. Sentence: 10.29.1949 - link to the settlement [2] . In the summer of 1954, the link was canceled. In July 1955, by the decision of the Supreme Court of the USSR, he was completely rehabilitated and reinstated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan on October 13, 1956 in the party from 1920, with an interruption of party experience from 1935 to September 1956.

In September 1957 he moved to Ulyanovsk and worked in the construction management department of the Economic Council. Since 1963, retired. Children - Savich Mira Mironovna, Gindilis Lev Mironovich, Gindilis Victor Mironovich . He died on January 27, 1993, was buried in Ulyanovsk.
