History
Until 1996, the airline of Ukraine was the actual carrier of state leadership [3] . By a presidential decree of July 15, 1997, a separate state-owned enterprise was created to transport official delegations and officials, which received Ukrainian Airlines' aircraft used for government air transportation [4] . The company is managed by the State Administration of Affairs and is financed from the state budget [5] . In 2016, 57 flights were completed, total maintenance costs amounted to 22 million hryvnias , for fuel 5.162 million hryvnias [6] .
Fleet
Initially, the airline used only Soviet-made aircraft. In 2014, their use was finally discontinued. One of the aircraft (Tu-134A-3 reg. UR-65782) was transferred to the Aviation Museum in Zhulyany [7] . It was also planned to transfer one of the presidential Il-62s there [8] , but as of 2019, both sides of this type are still in storage in Borispol. In 2019, the fleet includes aircraft manufactured by the European Union, Ukraine and Russia.
