The nine-time champion of Albania (1952, 1957, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1964, 1965, 1969 and 1970). By the number of champion titles second only to F. Mucho .

As part of the Albanian team, a participant in six chess olympiads (1960, 1962, 1970, 1972, 1980, 2000, 4 times on the 1st board) and the world team championship among students in 1958.

Member of the World Championships among veterans of 1999 and 2007.
