Atelier Lilie: The Alchemist of Salburg 3 ( リ リ ー の ア ト リ エ ～ ザ ー ル ブ ル グ の 錬 金 術士 3 ～ Rirī no Atorie ~ Zāruburugu no Renkinjutsushi 3 ~ ) is the third game in the series Ateliiburg and the last. Outside of Japan, Lilie was not produced. It is a prequel to the Atelier Marie and Atelier Erie games, with events taking place twenty years before the events of Atelier Marie . The main character Lily appears in two other Atelier games: in Hermina and Culus: Atelier Lilie Another Story and Atelier Marie, Elie & Anis: Message on the Gentle Breeze .

Story
Arriving in Salbourg, Lily hopes to build an academy of alchemy here. Compared to the kingdom of El Bador, which was famous for its skilled alchemists, the level of alchemy in Salbourg was low. Since no one had heard of this trend, Lily decided to prove to King Shigzal that the kingdom would benefit from alchemy. Working in a small workshop, Lily enlisted the support of two talented alchemist students from El Bador, Germina and Ingrid. The main goal is to collect any help to build an academy. The game has 12 possible endings.

- Protagonist, a beginner alchemist from the city of Kentonnis, on the island of El Bador. Like Ingrid and Germina, she is an orphan, so she does not have a surname. She was thrown to the Kentonnis Academy of Alchemy, where she subsequently grew up.

- A young girl who calls herself a baker, but the bakers from Aristan Street did not see anyone like her. After the first meeting with Lily, she quickly became friends with her. He likes rum raisins.

- Irma is a merchant in a shopping caravan that travels all over the country, which is why she has few friends. Becomes Lily's girlfriend after they meet. Irma is a friendly person with a bright positive attitude.

- A warrior who dreamed of becoming a knight. From childhood, Tsiska was fond of stories about the Holy Knights. She wants to be the first woman to be the Holy Knight and will not stop at anything.
