Biography

In the government of Chechnya, Khayrudi Visengeriev worked as an assistant to the First Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
He oversaw the interdepartmental commission on the fight against drugs, and also dealt with some other issues related to law enforcement agencies.
In January 2006, he was appointed Secretary of the Chechen Security Council instead of Rudnik Dudaev, who died on December 11 of last year.
