Cherlak is a village near the station (officially, the station (settlement) [3] [2] ) in the Cherlak district of the Omsk region of Russia. It is part of the Tatar rural settlement . The population of 145 [2] people. (2010).

Content
History
In accordance with the Law of the Omsk Region dated July 30, 2004 No. 548-OZ “On the Borders and Status of Municipalities of the Omsk Region” [4], the village at the station became part of the formed Tatar Rural Settlement municipality.
Geography
Cherlak is located in the south-east of the region, within the Kurumbelskaya steppe , which is part of the Chebakly-Sumin depression , 4 km from the river. Irtysh , about 5 km from the state border with Kazakhstan.
The absolute height is 110 m above sea level [1] .
