Alexander Alexandrovich Burmistrov (March 30 [April 12] 1909, the city of Enakievo , now Donetsk Oblast - 1999 , the city of Kiev ) was a Ukrainian Soviet party and public figure, deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR, a coal industry worker in Donbass . A candidate for membership in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1956-1966). Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (1966-1981). Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 4-9th convocations (1955-1980).

Biography
Born in the family of a miner on March 30 ( April 12 ), 1909 .
Since 1926 he worked in the mines of Donbass. In 1926-1930 he was a rock cleaner, driller, sinker, chipper of the Red Profintern mine in the city of Enakievo.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1929 .
In 1936 he graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute.
In 1936-1941 - head of the site, deputy chief engineer, chief engineer of the mine, head of the mine administration in the Stalin and Voroshilovgrad regions.
In 1941 - Secretary of the Ordzhonikidze (Enakievo) City Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Stalin Region.
In 1941-1942 - in the Red Army. Member of World War II .
In 1942-1943 - Secretary of the Karaganda city committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region.
In 1943-1953 - deputy head of the coal industry department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine, head of the sector, deputy head of the heavy industry department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) U.
In 1953-1954 - head of the coal industry department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In 1954-1968 - head of the heavy industry department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
February 1, 1968 - January 14, 1980 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR.
Then - retired in the city of Kiev.
