The Luxembourg Ore Mining Administration is a former mining enterprise for the extraction and processing of iron ore based on the Krivoy Rog iron ore basin in the city of Krivoy Rog . It was part of the software " Kryvbassruda ."

History
The field was developed by the Aleksandrovsky mine of the Bryansk joint stock company since 1889 by the open method and since 1907 - by the underground one.
In March 1923, a Red Guard mine was established.
In 1939 he was named Peza Luxembourg .
For 1986, annual production amounted to 2.6 million tons of raw ore.
Feature
The Ore Administration developed rich iron ores from the Krivoy Rog deposit - mainly martit and hematite-martit. Produced sinter and open-hearth ore. For 1983, ore reserves were estimated at 88.6 million tons with an iron content of 59.2%.
The field is opened by two paired ore-lifting, two auxiliary and two ventilation shafts. Development systems: under-floor, under-chamber and under-floor collapses with ore breaking through deep wells. Production losses amounted to 13.3%, clogging - 11.2%. Mining works were carried out at a depth of 1100 meters.
The mine structure included the Novaya (1939), Komsomolskaya-1 (1957), Gvardeyskaya (1965) mines, the crushing and screening plant, the repair and construction and energy workshops.
Mining transport equipment was represented by vibration installations, scraper winches, drilling carriages, loading machines.
