Bogatyryok is a rock on the left bank of the Kamenka River within the city of Kamensk-Uralsky , Sverdlovsk Region , Russia . Limestone outcrops with small karst gullies and grottoes [1] . The place of growth of rocky mountain-steppe flora. The territory of the natural monument is heavily cluttered, and rocky vegetation is strongly oppressed [2] . To preserve the natural monument, it is necessary to control recreational loads, as well as maintain the sanitary condition of the territory.

In 2001, by Decree of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region dated January 17, 2001 No. 41-PP, Mount Bogatyryok was declared a geological and botanical natural monument . The same legal act entrusted the protection of the territory of the facility to the Sverdlovsk Forestry [3] . The area of specially protected natural area is 5 hectares.
