Geography

The village is located in the east of the central part of the Pskov region, within the Bezhanitskaya Upland , on the right bank of the Uda River , near the confluence of the Droshinka River, at a distance of about 25 kilometers (in a straight line) to the north-north-east (NNE) from the urban-type settlement Refugees , the administrative center of the district.

Climate

The climate is characterized as transitional between typically marine and continental with high humidity [2] .

History

Until 2005, the settlement was part of the now abolished Chikhachev volost . From 2005 to 2015, it was part of the Dobryvichi volost .
