History

In accordance with the Law of the Omsk Region dated July 30, 2004 No. 548-OZ “On the Borders and Status of Municipalities of the Omsk Region” [3], the village became part of the established municipal formation “Zalivinsky Rural Settlement”.

Geography

Frunze is located in the north-west of the region, within the Ishim plain , which is part of the West Siberian plain , on the river. Ibeika .
