Geography

The village is located in the east of the central part of the Pskov region, within the Bezhanitskaya Upland , south of the Revka River, at a distance of about 18 kilometers (in a straight line) north-east of the urban-type settlement Bezhanitsy , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 96 meters above sea ​​level [2] .

The climate is characterized as transitional between typically marine and continental with high humidity [3] .
