Takashi Sorimati ( Japanese: 反 町 隆 史 Sorimati Takashi , born December 19, 1973 in Saitama , Saitama , Japan ) is a Japanese actor, formerly also a singer and model, best known for such roles as killer O in the Hong Kong action movie The Profession of a Killer and Aikichi Onizuka in the television series Great Teacher Onizuka .

Biography
Takashi Noguchi was born on December 19, 1973 in the city of Saitama , a suburb of Tokyo . His acting and musical abilities appeared at school. Takashi was hired by Johnny's Jimusho , a well-known production agency helping young talents, where he received his stage name in honor of boxer Ryu Sorimati. His first contract was with the Heike-ha youth group, and he also worked as a dancer with Hikaru Genji. At the age of 16, Sorimati changed his sphere of activity and moved to the world of fashion. His photos were published in leading magazines such as Check Mate and Men's Non No, he participated in shows in Paris and Tokyo, and appeared in the Benetton advertising campaign.
In 1994, Sorimati made his television debut, with this began his acting career. Sorimati brought great popularity to the role in the TV series “Beach Boys” in 1997, where he played along with another popular actor and former model Yutaka Takenouchi . And the GTO that followed, shot based on the popular manga, further strengthened its star status.
In 2001, Sorimati was invited to Hong Kong cinema. He played a major role in the action movie directed by Johnny Tho, The Profession of a Killer , where Andy Lau, a Hong Kong superstar, also starred.

Interesting Facts
In the anime version of Great Teacher Onizuka , the main character often builds funny facial expressions that are completely realistic and modeled on Sorimati's facial expressions.
