Biography
Born into the family of the innkeeper. He graduated from high school in Slutsk , studied at Kiev University , also studied at Paris and Berlin universities . He passed the exam at the Faculty of History and Philology at St. Petersburg University . He worked as a professor at the Institute of Extracurricular Education (1921-1926); at the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute named after A. I. Herzen as a professor at the Department of World History (1921-1945).
It was published in the "Bulletin of knowledge" and other publications. The author of books on the history of the Middle Ages [1] .
Brother - Lozinsky Moses (Moishe-Haim) Horatievich (1873-1903), lawyer, activist of the Zionist movement.
