Background and ReleaseAt the beginning of 2016, it became known that CLC will release a mini-album with two new participants - Elki and Yingbin, participants of the reality show “Preparation 101” [3] [4] . Because of her participation in the show, Yingbin could not advance with the group until she was expelled [5] .
Refresh was released at midnight on February 29 on all music platforms.
On February 29, on the day of the album's release, a short version of the High Heels video was released, where Elki was present, but Einbing was not present [6] . The full version was released on March 20th.
The promotion started with a performance on M! Countdown on March 3 [7] . Later CLC performed on Music Core , Inkigayo and other music shows.
