Biography

Born May 25, 1948 in Hungary. He began his playing career in 1962 at the Doge Club (Uypest), where he performed for more than 15 years. He became the champion of Hungary in hockey (1965, 1968-1970), the second prize-winner (1971-1976). In 1965-1967, 1970-1972 and 1976 he became the owner of the Hungarian Cup. At the end of his career he played for Ferencvaros.

He took part in the world and European ice hockey championships (1967, 1969, 1970-1976). As of 1977, had 124 matches for the national team of Hungary and scored 73 goals.

He perfectly understood the game on ice and was able to conduct the actions of other hockey players during hockey matches. It stood out for its effectiveness in the conditions of fierce power struggle.
