Gurbanli, Ruhidil

Ruhidil Gurbanly ( azerb. Ruhidil Qurbanlı ; born May 28, 2003 ) is an Azerbaijani gymnast, two-time silver medalist and bronze medalist of the second 2019 European Acrobatics Games in Minsk paired with Abdullah Al-Mashayhi .

Biography

Rukhidil Gurbanly was born on May 28, 2003 in Azerbaijan. Since 2008 he has been engaged in sports acrobatics [1] .

In 2017, Rukhidil Gurbanly paired with Abdullah Al-Mashayhi won the bronze medal of the 28th European Junior Championship in Rzeszow [2] [3] .

In 2018, a mixed pair of Ruhidil Gurbanly - Abdullah Al-Mesaikhi took fourth place at the World Championships in Antwerp , winning a vacancy at the European Games 2019 [2] .

In the same year, Gurbanly paired with Abdullah Al-Mashayhi won silver at the World Cup in sports acrobatics in Baku [4]

In June 2019, at the first European Games in Minsk, Rukhidil Gurbanly paired with Abdullah Al-Mashayhi won silver in a combined exercise, and the day before - silver and bronze in dynamic and balance exercises, respectively [5] .
