Biography
Born in the village of Harlanikha, Volokolamsk district of Moscow province (now - Volokolamsk urban district of the Moscow region). In 1952 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Water Transport . He worked as an engineer of the Ministry of Fleet of the USSR in Moscow.
Since 1954, he worked in various positions in the Kuibyshev region . From 1967 to 1989, he was deputy head of the Kuybyshevgidrostroy for the construction of housing and social facilities.
