Pai Municipality

The city is located in the eastern part of the department, in the highlands of Eastern Cordillera , on the left bank of the Paero River, approximately 100 kilometers east-northeast (ENE), from the city of Tunja , the administrative center of the department. The absolute height is 984 meters above sea ​​level [2] .

The municipality of Pai borders in the north and northwest with the territory of the municipality of Pisba , in the southwest with the municipality of Labransagrande , in the south and east with the territory of the department of Casanare . The area of ​​the municipality is 435.5 km² [1] .

Population

Economics

The basis of the economy of Units is agriculture and logging [1] .
