Highway A133 is a Russian public highway of federal significance "The access road from the M-4 Don highway to the city of Lipetsk" [1] . The road provides a link to most of the Lipetsk region with the regions of the Black Earth Region , southern Russia . Connects the Lipetsk agglomeration with Voronezh .
Also called the Voronezh highway , but is only part of it, and then only in words.
