Biography

Muslimov was born and lived in the village of Barzavu, Lerik region of Azerbaijan [10] .

Muslimov’s passport indicated that he was born on March 26, 1805 , and he died on September 2, 1973. According to the long-liver, his father lived to 110 years, and his mother to 90. It is known that Muslim's third spouse died at the age of 104 , having outlived her husband by 15 years.

Since Muslimov did not have a birth certificate , Western researchers refuse to consider him the oldest person in history. In the Guinness Book of Records , it is stated that the age of Muslim was overestimated by 40-50 years [11] .
