Biography
Entered the service in 1881 after graduating from the 5 classes of the Odessa male gymnasium. In 1886, after graduating from the Odessa Military School , I was promoted to second lieutenant and released into the 49th Reserve Infantry Battalion.
In 1890 he was promoted to lieutenant , in 1895 to headquarters , in 1900 to captain , company commander in the Reserve Infantry Brigade. In 1905 he was promoted to lieutenant colonel - battalion commander, in 1909 promoted to colonel - junior staff officer of the Grokhovsky 182nd Infantry Regiment .
Since 1914, the participant of the First World War , was wounded. Since 1915, the acting commander of the Zhytomyr 56th Infantry Regiment and the commander of the Lithuanian 51st Infantry Regiment . From July 29, 1915, due to illness, he was appointed to the reserve of ranks at the headquarters of the Kiev Military District . August 29, 1916 dismissed with his uniform and pension.
