Name Origin
It was named in October 1921, in order to preserve the name of the ancient locality of Posad, as it crosses Posadskaya Street , and also as a result of the elimination of names associated with churches. Previously called Christmas Street in the Church of the Nativity in Posad.
History
The lane appeared in the first half of the XVII century as a result of the development of Posad. The architectural appearance of the alley is determined by low-rise historical buildings.
