Project History

The most famous of all contemporary art projects on the Moon was, of course, the Lunar Museum in 1969 - a piece of art less than an inch in size by six American authors - Robert Rauschenberg , David Novros, John Chamberlain , Klas Aldenburg, Forrest Myers and Andy Urhol , attached to one of the legs of the lunar lander module on the Apollo 12 expedition. Whether this event took place in reality or not is not known, but in any case, the very idea of such an action is the author’s concept, which went down in the history of art. Since then, contemporary artists have implemented hundreds of space art projects. Among the most famous exhibits related to the Moon is the exhibition at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art , which was presented by London-based artist of Chinese origin Jackie Tsai [1] "Send Me to the Moon" [2] , as well as the Exhibition at the Kunsthaus (Zurich) "Fly Me to the Moon " [3]

It is noteworthy that in Russian the name is consonant with the event "First Moon Landing", so the art project outplayes a certain halo of mystification , which still accompanies the historical fact of the first moon landing of astronauts.

Curator art critic Sofia Zagryazhskaya: "This exhibition is a kind of Noah's Ark for each of its participants. What should I send to the author in the universe? Which of the ones he created on Earth would be a landmark message reflecting the essence of his work? Thus, the exposition gives an opportunity not only to the audience, but, first of all, the artist himself should once again comprehend his art philosophically on a global scale, and this choice will probably give a new reason to look from the side, or better say from a height, on what we are doing here, which is important for us. "Cosmoplasticism" by Viktor Orlovsky is a new direction in the art and architecture of the 21st century. Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts Nikolai Shumakov recommends that cosmoplasticism be actively used in MARCHI curricula. "Cosmoplasticism arose like all previous major artistic movements in the revolutionary era of new technologies of the XX century, a powerful breakthrough in space exploration. The creator of this global artistic concept is Professor MARCHI Orlovsky Viktor Fedorovich. The author was able to summarize the experience of previous eras, to see behind all the large-scale modern transformations in the field of digital, information technology, fantastic perspectives of plastic arts. The new paradigm of art includes space The main element of the world’s perception: Architectural plasticity, in the light of the new aesthetic doctrine of cosmoplasticism, acquires new qualities (harmony of forms on a planetary scale, the phenomenon of spatial infinity, large-scale structurality, etc.) It is also important to note the timeliness of cosmoplasticism. Despite the seeming abundance of artistic concepts in The 21st century is still dominated by Suprematism, Constructivism and Neoplasticism. All kinds of postmodern theories, deconstructivism, virtual electr Onon theories, numerous branches of nonlinear architecture - all of them are nevertheless private theories. But over a century, Suprematism, neoplasticism have lost their innovative qualities, have lost their relevance. In society, new challenges of time are being formed, adequate to the modern rhythms of life. Cosmoplasticism to a certain extent meets these challenges. I also want to note that Viktor Fedorovich is actively promoting cosmoplasticism in the field of art exhibitions and in the field of architectural practice (temple projects, competitions, etc.). The Union of Moscow Architects appreciated the contribution of Orlovsky V.F. to architecture and art and awarded him a diploma "For the creation of the architectural and artistic direction of COSMOPLASTICISM.

President of the Union of Moscow Architects, President of the International Association of the Union of Architects, Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts, Academician of the International Academy of Architecture in Moscow N. I. SHUMAKOV.

"Luxosphere" is one of the innovative discoveries of Omar Chkhaidze . Omar Chkhaidze continues the teachings of Vladimir Vernadsky and expands the concept of the sphere of the planet: the biosphere is the sphere of life ( Eduard Suess , 1875), the anthroposphere is the sphere of man ( Dmitry Anuchin , 1902), the noosphere is the sphere of reason ( Eduard Leroy , 1927 ) - to the infinity of the universe. He believes that the entire Universe is created from a single substance, which Xenophanes called the spherical creature in the VI century BC.

Omar Chkhaidze believes that this spherical comprehensive spiritual sphere has two aspects: Light and Darkness, and suggests calling them the luxosphere ( lat. Lux - light ) and the tenebrosphere ( lat. Tenebrae - darkness ). The unity and harmony of Light and Darkness is the highest stage of evolution of the biosphere and noosphere, and the final point of their development will be merging with the luxosphere and tenebrosphere.

Omar Chkhaidze is the author of the project “Center of Light” (architectural ensemble, 2016), the structure of which symbolically concludes the code of the Universe. The author believes that the gravitational ( lat. Gravitas - gravity ) and levitational ( lat. Levitas - lightness ) substance of Light and Darkness - ether (the main element of the periodic table of Dmitry Mendeleev ) - creates an electromagnetic, quantum vibrational field. In 2017, the Light Center project received a state patent of the Russian Federation.

In 2017, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences awarded Omar Chkhaidze the Gold Medal of Peter Kapitsa as the author of a scientific discovery. In 2018, the European Academy of Natural Sciences awarded Omar Chkhaidze the Wilhelm Leibniz medal for special services.

"Computer and the riddle of Leonardo" (1973), a documentary research on the topic of artificial intelligence, directed by Boris Zagryazhsky. The film of the same name was awarded the First Prize at the All-Union Film Festival in Baku in 1974, and the Prize of the USSR Academy of Sciences. In 1975, the film received the Golden Prize at the 13th International Film Sci-fi Film Festival in Trieste ( Italy ). The picture anticipated the era of global computerization and still raises topical issues of the interaction of artificial intelligence and man. The study of the topic continues the film "Alternative" (1975), awarded the Special Diploma of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence, a Diploma and a prize of the Central Committee of the Komsomol. The film "Penetration" (2001) was awarded the Silver Medal of V. I. Vernadsky Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and a medal named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia for “the urgent problems raised in the film and their talented embodiment”.

By the decision of the International Academy “Information, Communication, Management in Technology, Nature, Society” (MAISU, St. Petersburg ), director Boris Zagryazhsky was awarded the Ph.D. degree in the history of science, technology, and culture.

“Awareness of co-creation” is the artistic concept of Margarita Yurkova, which is based on the trinity of truths of consciousness: truths of reason (science), truths of feelings (culture and art) and truths of faith (religion, belief). On the example of creativity of more than 200 participants from different countries, the author of the idea considers all types of creative activity. Thus, the idea unites, it would seem, completely different spheres connected by a single goal - creation. The concept is based on the teachings of Plato on the theory of ideas, consciousness, cosmology , the idea of truth, the idea of movement, the development of consciousness and the process of cognition.
