Chist (Minsk region)

Chist ( Belorussian. Chysts [2] ) is a village [3] in the Molodechno district of the Minsk region of Belarus . The administrative center of Chistinsky Village Council . It is located 19 kilometers southeast of Molodechno , 59 kilometers northwest of Minsk , 4.5 kilometers from the Usha railway station.

History

Village until 1955 . In 1955, a peat village was built on the site of the village in connection with the discovery of peat reserves, and a year later the Krasnoye peat briquette plant was built. Peat extraction was carried out until the mid-80s. Since December 1990, Zabudova, a construction materials manufacturing company, has been based in the village [4] .

Infrastructure

The village has a building construction plant, a roofing tile plant, a woodworking plant, a dry mix plant, Zabudova-Stroy OJSC, Steklolux CJSC, Chist fur farm, housing and communal services. There is a culture house and a library, a secondary school and an art school, two kindergartens. Health facilities - a hospital, an outpatient clinic and a pharmacy. There is a post office.

Sport

The Underdog Football Club, founded in 1998, plays in the second league of Belarus at the Shkolny stadium. Dance and sports club "Starway", founded in 2019.
