Biography
He was born and raised in an Old Believer peasant family leading a clan from the village of Nikolo-Pogost, Balakhninsky Uyezd . Father Andrei Blinov, former serf prince V.N. Repnin, redeemed with his sons in the 1840s . He began merchant activity with the supply of bread to the army during the Crimean War . Having acquired a river fleet of six ships, he delivered salt from Astrakhan and Perm to Rybinsk , grinding in Nizhny Novgorod in his own mill located on Sofronovskaya Square . In 1875, it became the vowel of the first category of the Nizhny Novgorod City Council [1] . On May 29, 1881, Fyodor Andreevich and his brothers were awarded the titles of honorary citizens of Nizhny Novgorod [2] . He was buried in the cemetery of the village of Filippovskoye - the grave was lost.
Charity
Donated 25,000 rubles [3] for the construction of the Nikolaev city public bank . Together with his brothers, he made the largest donation for the construction of the Nizhny Novgorod water supply system - 125,000 rubles.
