Biography
From the peasants. Member of the Komsomol since 1930.
In 1932 he graduated from tractor courses. In 1932-1933, he was a tractor driver in the village of Rublevka, Chutovsky District, Kharkov Region. He worked as the foreman of the tractor brigade.
He was among the first order-bearers in the Poltava region of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1935 he was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor for valiant work.
From May to August 1937 he studied at the courses of order bearers at the Agricultural Academy in Moscow. In August 1937 - April 1938 - student of the preparatory course at the Kharkov Institute of Agricultural Mechanization.
Since April 1938 - a student of the All-Ukrainian Agricultural Communist University named after Artyom in Kharkov.
In June 1938, he was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR of the 1st convocation in the Chutovsky constituency No. 187 of the Poltava region [1] .
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
He graduated from the Kharkov Military-Political School.
Member of World War II. From the first days of the war, he volunteered for the front, served as deputy company commander for political affairs of the 35th mortar regiment of the 35th tank division of the South-Western Front. On August 14, 1941, during the fighting on the Novograd-Volynskyi direction, he was surrounded, considered missing. Later, he served as a political instructor in a partisan detachment.
After the war he worked as director of the Berezino state farm of the Tarutinsky district of the Izmail region.
He was chairman of the executive committee of the Denishivsky village council of the Zhytomyr region of the Zhytomyr region.
As of 1953 he lived in the Korninsky district of the Zhytomyr region.
