It comes from the Koyanchi-Tagay subgenus of the Karakesek clan of the Argyn tribe [1] . At seven years old, having contracted smallpox , he lost his sight. In his works he ridiculed bi- balys (volost governors), who enriched themselves at the expense of the people. In the tolgau “Atym Kanpan”, “As Bergende”, “Hot Days”, “Elge Sul”, etc., it is told about the emotional experiences of people with disabilities. About the bright and dark sides of life, about good and evil is narrated in the work “Zhangsyly Turaly”, “Zhamandy Turaly”, about the meaning of human life is said in the togau “Zhas Turaly”. In the dastan “Tamam and Bakaram” love, high human feelings are chanted. Kakpan Zhirenbayuly - collector and performer of the epics “Kobylandy Batyr”, “Er Kosay”, “Kyz Zhibek”, “Goats Korpesh-Bayansulu”.
