- In August 1991, the city executive committee was transformed into the administration of the city of Lipetsk.
First Secretaries of the Lipetsk City Committee
The Lipetsk Committee of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of the RKP (b) was elected on April 2, 1918 at the first city party conference. Later wore the name of Lipetsk City Committee (city committee) of the CPSU (b) and (since 1952 ) of the CPSU. Disbanded after the suspension of the activities of the CPSU on August 23, 1991 . The first secretary of the city party committee from the late 1920s to 1990 was actually the highest official in Lipetsk .
