Vernon Horace Rendall ( Eng. Vernon Horace Rendall ; January 14, 1869 , Great Rollwright , Oxfordshire - May 13, 1960 , Hemel-Hempstead , Hertfordshire ) is an English journalist.
Graduated from Cambridge University .
Since 1896, Deputy Chief Editor of Athenaeum Norman McCall . In January 1901 he was replaced by the head of the publication and remained in this post until 1916. In the years 1907-1912. at the same time headed Notes and Queries magazine, owned by the same publisher. At the head of the Athenaeum, he was called upon to answer the challenges of the new era, but on the whole he remained in line with the editorial course established by his predecessor [1] .
