History
In accordance with the Law of the Volgograd Region dated December 24, 2004 No. 977-OD “On the Establishment of Borders and the Granting of the Status of the Nekhayevsky District and its Municipal Formations” [3] , the hamlet became part of the formed Upornikovsky rural settlement.
Geography
Located in the northwestern part of the region, between the r. Akishevka and highway 18K-6
Street network consists of two geographical objects : st. Ivanova and st. Kuznetsova.
The absolute height is 101 meters above sea level [1] .

According to the 2010 all-Russian population census, the gender structure of the population of 155 people is 66 men and 89 women (42.6% and 57.4%, respectively) [2] .
