Biography
Eldor Tulyakov is the Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center , is also a member of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan , a member of the Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms of the Lower House and a member of the Central Council of the Milliy Tiklanish Democratic Party .
He is also an independent researcher at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the protection of foreign investment based on bilateral agreements on mutual stimulation and protection of investments in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Eldor Tulyakov graduated from Westminster International University in Tashkent with a degree in Commercial Law, and earned a master's degree in law from the Institute for Law and Finance, University of Frankfurt.
