Li Yinhe (born February 4, 1952, Beijing ) is a modern Chinese sociologist , doctor of sociology. Also a sexologist and LGBT rights activist . She advocated the abolition of outdated criminal law and the introduction in China of same-sex marriage [1] , the legalization of pornography [2] and the decriminalization of prostitution [3] .

Until seven years old, she was named Lee Sanfang. In 1982 she went to the United States , where she lived until 1998.
Personal life
The widow of the writer Wang Xiaobo . In 2014, she announced that she had been in relations with the transgender for fifteen years.
