Synevo

The English name of the laboratory Synevo consists of the words SYNergy (Synergy) and EVOlution (Evolution) ^[3] . The only correct laboratory name is “Sinevo” (Ukrainian), “Synevo” (Russian), Synevo (English), and the options “Blue”, “Blue”, “sinevo”, and “blue” are incorrect.

2007 - opening of the first laboratory in Ukraine in Kiev. 2008 - launch of its own laboratory information system “Silab”. 2009 - opening of laboratories in Vinnitsa, Odessa, Kharkov. 2010 - opening of the laboratory in the Dnieper. 2011 - opening of the laboratory in Lviv. 2012 - the opening of the laboratory in Simferopol. 2013 - an online service “My Account for storing analysis results” was launched ^[4] . 2013 - the training center “School of Nursing Synevo” was opened. 2014 - at the beginning of the year a laboratory was opened in Donetsk. 2014 - a laboratory was opened in Chernivtsi. 2014 - launched an online service of pre-order analyzes ^[5] . 2014, the middle of the year - the activity on the Crimean peninsula was terminated, the end of the year - the termination of work in the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions ^[6] . 2015 - opening of the new central laboratory complex "Sinevo" in Kiev (Palladin Ave., 46/2). 2016 - the launch of the franchise program to open material collection points in settlements with a population of less than 100 thousand ^[7] . 2017, May - the company made an initial public offering (IPO) at the Stockholm Stock Exchange1 as part of Medicover medical holding.

Synevo in Ukraine is part of the European network of laboratories Synevo and is part of Medicover Medical Holding ^[8] . Medicover was founded in 1995 in Poland ^[9] . Subsequently, Medicover began providing services in Poland, Germany, Romania, Ukraine, and India. At present, the network includes outpatient clinics, hospitals, specialized institutions and laboratories, which are divided into two areas: health care and diagnostic services. Health services include medical services from primary to specialized medical care and inpatient treatment.

The Synevo laboratory network is represented in Germany ^[10] , Poland ^[11] , Romania ^[12] , Turkey ^[13] , Ukraine ^[14] , Belarus ^[15] , Georgia ^[16] , Moldova ^[17] , Bulgaria ^[18] , Serbia ^[19] and has more than 90 laboratories in Europe and 7 laboratories in Ukraine.

In Ukraine there are laboratories in Kiev, Dnieper, Vinnitsa, Odessa, Kharkov, Lviv, and Chernivtsi, and a network has been created that unites 240 laboratory centers in 90 cities. The number of employees of Synevo exceeds 2400, they serve more than 300,000 patients every month, performing more than 1.8 million tests per month ^[20] .

In 2017, the company as part of Medicover Medical Holding ^[21] made an initial public offering (IPO) on the Stockholm Stock Exchange ^[22] .
