Ambassador Mission
In 1840, the ruler of Khorezm Allakuli Khan sent ambassador to St. Petersburg a major official Ataniyaz Khodzhu-Reis-Mufti to establish good relations with the Russian Empire. On reaching it was adopted in March 1841. The Russian side expressed its readiness to patronize the establishment and consolidation of good neighborly relations. In response, Captain Nikiforov’s diplomatic mission was sent to Khorezm. [one]
