Geography
The village is located in the southwestern part of the Lipetsk region, in the forest-steppe zone, within the Central Russian Upland , north of the Isubrievka River, at a distance of about 10 kilometers (in a straight line) to the north-east of the village of Terbuny , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 193 meters above sea level [2] . The climate is temperate continental with warm summers and moderately frosty winters. Annual precipitation is 450-500 mm. The average temperature in January is −9.5 °, in July - + 19.5 ° [3] .
