History
On the basis of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of June 18, 1954 No. 744/83 "On the Association of Village Councils of the Stalingrad Region" and the decision of the Stalingrad Regional Executive Committee of June 24, 1954 No. 15/801, the Stepnovsky and Novo-Bytovsky Village Councils were merged into one Stepnovsky Village Council, with the inclusion of its composition of settlements: s. Stepnoy, pos. farmstead of the collective farm "Way of Ilyich", pos. Koumiss medical hospitals, pos. Leninets, pos. Helmsman, pos. Red Guards, pos. Kirova, pos. Red Guard. Based on the decision of the Stalingrad Regional Executive Committee of March 9, 1956 No. 8/127 "On the transfer of the village. "Krasnogvardeets" from the Stepnovsky village council to the administrative subordination of the Leninsky village council of the Nikolaev district "pos. The "Red Guard" of the Stepnovsky Village Council was transferred to the Lenin Village Council [2] .
In accordance with the decision of the Volgograd Regional Executive Committee of September 13, 1972 No. 24/948 "On Changing the Administrative Borders of the Leninsky and Stepnovsky Village Councils of the Nikolaev District", the village of Krasnogvardeets of the Leninsky Village Council was transferred to the administrative subordination of the Stepnovsky Village Council [3] .
In accordance with the decision of the Volgograd Oblast Executive Committee of September 09, 1974 No. 25/1047, the Novobytovsky Village Council was formed in the Nikolaevsky district due to the disaggregation of the Stepnovsky Village Council. The composition of the newly formed village council from Stepnovsky village council included x. Krasnogvardeets and pos. Red Guard. X became the center of the village council. Red Guard [4] .
In accordance with the decision of the Volgograd Regional Executive Committee of May 17, 1978 No. 10/382 "On some changes in the administrative-territorial division of the region," settlements with official and temporary significance are OTF settlements No. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 of the farm "Red Guard", were assigned to a permanent settlement - to the village. Red Guard [5] .
In accordance with the decision of the Volgograd Regional Executive Committee of January 14, 1987 No. 1/6-P, the settlement was excluded from the registration data. Krasnogvardeets Novobytovskogo Village Council [6] .
