Venue Definitions
The venue of this tournament was determined at the IIHF Annual Congress in 2019 in Bratislava . At this congress, it was decided to establish the fourth division and reform the third [1] . The first competition of the fourth division was entrusted to Kyrgyzstan.
Regulations
According to the results of the tournament, the team that won first place will receive the right to play in Group B of the third division of the World Ice Hockey Championship in 2021 .

The championship will be attended by 4 national teams and all four - from Asia .
