Biography

October 17, 1905 was appointed chief of staff of the Black Sea Fleet. During the Sevastopol uprising , in November 1905 he was wounded by a rifle bullet by sailor Petrov. On July 7, 1906 he was promoted to vice admiral with dismissal.
He was buried in the Chersonese monastery at the new cemetery of the Sevastopol city government.
