Biography

She was born in 1913 in the village of Novy Kolmayur of the Samara district of the Samara province in a peasant family [1] . Chuvash.

Since 1935, she worked at the Klara Zetkin collective farm (later the Rodina collective farm, and now Koshkinskoye CJSC).

In 1947, 71 hectares of land were assigned to its link. The whole area was plowed under a chill. Fertilizers were applied on 18 hectares and three-time weeding was carried out, the rest of the area was weeded by a link twice. The result was a high grain yield. On average, 16.33 centners of wheat per hectare on an area of ​​47 hectares, of which 32.29 centners per 9 hectares. From the rest of the area, 18 centners of rye were harvested, of which on 8.5 hectares the yield was 30.48 centners each [2] .

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of February 26, 1948, Ksenia Ivanovna Dolgova was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for the delivery of a high wheat crop with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle medal.

By the same Decree, the title of Hero of Socialist Labor was awarded to her daughter-in-law Vera Dolgova .

She was elected as a deputy of the regional Council of Deputies of the Kuibyshev region.

The last years of her life lived in the village of Bolshaya Konstantinovka of the Koshkinsky district. She died on November 2, 1984. Buried in a rural cemetery.
