Biography
In 1999 he graduated from the Grozny Petroleum College. In 2009, he graduated from the Makhachkala Institute of Finance and Law with a degree in Economics. In 2012 he graduated from the same university with a degree in Jurisprudence. In the same year he became a candidate of economic sciences .
Since 2003, he served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Chechnya. In 2011, he became a lecturer in the Finance and Credit Department at the Gudermes branch of his alma mater .
