Lyudmila Nikolaevna Mazur (born July 21, 1960 , the village of Seversky Polevsky district of the Sverdlovsk region ) is a Russian historian , a specialist in the field of Russian history , historiography , and source studies . Doctor of Historical Sciences , Professor of the Department of Document Management, Archival Studies and the History of Public Administration of the Ural Federal University . Author of over 300 scientific and educational works (over 170 scientific works on the basis of the RSCI , as of May 23, 2019) [1] [2] ), including 2 textbooks and 3 author monographs, one of which has been translated into Chinese language [3] [4] . Member of the expert council of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) of the Russian Federation for History (from April 28, 2018) [5] .

Biography
Mazur Lyudmila Nikolaevna was born on July 21, 1960 in the village of Seversky Polevsky district of the Sverdlovsk region .
In 1983 she graduated from the Ural State University , Department of History .
From 1983 to 1987 - a history teacher at a secondary school in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky .
From 1987 to 1989 - ml. Researcher, Institute of History and Archeology, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
From 1989 to 1992, he studied at the graduate school of the IIAA UB RAS .
In 1992, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences on the topic “The collective farmers' budgets as a source for the socio-economic structure of the peasantry of the Middle Urals in the first half of the 1960s” (specialty 07.00.09 - historiography , source studies , historical research methods) [6] .
Since 1992 - work at the Faculty of History of the Ural State University (since 2011 - the Ural Federal University): assistant, associate professor, professor. Since 2007 - Head of the Department of Documentation and Information Management, since 2017 - the Department of Documentation, Archival Studies and the History of Public Administration [7] .
In 2006, she defended a dissertation at the Ural State University for the degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences on the topic “Rural resettlement in the Middle Urals in the XX century: directions and options for the transformation of the settlement network” (specialty 07.00.02 - Russian history ) [8] .
