Biography
Father - Joseph Ignatievich Bogdan, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Ivan Franko Lviv National University (LNU) [5] [6] .
In 1998, Andrei graduated from the Law Faculty of Lviv State University. Ivan Franko (now - Ivan Franko Lviv National University; LNU), having obtained the qualification of a lawyer, and in 2007 - the Faculty of Economics of LNU, having received the qualification of economist, specialist in finance. [7]
PhD in Law. Has 2 rank of civil servant.
He served as Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine (2008-2010), Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - Government Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Policy (2010-2011) [8] [9] , Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine since February 2011.
Government Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Policy (July 11, 2013 - March 5, 2014) [10] [11] .
In the elections to the Verkhovna Rada in 2007 - the candidate for people's deputies of Ukraine from the block " Our Ukraine - People’s Self-Defense ", No. 93 on the list. At the time of the election: lawyer, managing partner of the law firm Law Firm Legal Advisers ( non-partisan ) [12] .

Bogdan worked as a freelance adviser to the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Igor Kolomoisky [15] , was a lawyer for the former leader of the UKROP party, Gennady Korban [16] .
May 21, 2019 appointed head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine . He is responsible for all communication, for legal and political issues [17] .
On May 23, 2019, the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Sergey Petukhov announced that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine included in the lustration register the head of the presidential administration Andriy Bogdan. Since Bogdan is listed, he must vacate the post. [18]
