History
Geography
Located in the northwestern part of the region. The farm is divided into three blocks by the river, pond and industrial zone.
The street network consists of eight geographical objects :
- Quarter: Quarter Industrial
- Lane: Lugovoy per.
- Streets: st. Zarechnaya, st. Green, st. Novoselov, st. Sadovaya, st. Stepnaya, st. School, st. Anniversary

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, in the gender structure of the population of 243 people, 106 are men and 137 are women (43.6 and 56.4%, respectively) [2] .

Infrastructure
Developed agriculture. Personal subsidiary farming.
The farm is being supplied with gas. The intra-settlement gas pipeline, the autonomous built-in gas boiler house of the village club building are included in the regional target program “Gasification of the Volgograd Region for 2013-2017” [4] .
