Palamarchuk Valentina Fedorovna (born November 28, 1930) - Soviet, Ukrainian teacher , scientist , didact , doctor of pedagogical sciences (1983), professor (1987); worked at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Pedagogy of Ukraine (Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine); at the Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education (University of Education Management), metro station Kiev. She devoted 65 years of her life to pedagogical work: teacher , head teacher , school director , teacher at pedagogical universities. She devoted 56 years of research activity as a didact, has about 300 scientific works. The fundamental scientific works of the author are in the leading libraries of Russia, Ukraine and other countries.

Biography
Born in 1930 in Moscow . Father - a worker, worked for a while at a Ford plant in the USA , returned to the USSR in the 1920s at the call of the then government. A mother from a noble family, until 1917 she studied at the Institute of Noble Maidens. During World War II, parents died of starvation and disease in Moscow. Valentina Fedorovna, together with her younger sister Zoya, was sent to the city of Khvalynsk in the Saratov Region to an orphanage, which was recorded as the place of birth. Sister died in 1943. Later, Valentina Fedorovna published a biography with memories of her life, about those terrible years. Immediately after the war, little Valentina, who studied well, was sent to Artek children's camp. After the war, Valentina Fyodorovna entered the Khvalynsk Pedagogical School, and after graduation she entered the University of Saratov with a degree in Russian Language and Literature, where she also studied very well. In Kazakhstan, she met her fate - teacher Palamarchuk Vladimir Ilyich. There, the husband’s mother, Alexandra Fomovna, who was repressed under a political article (1945-1953), joined the young family. In 1958 she gave birth to a son Eugene, in 1964 - a daughter, Elena (Baranovskaya), who continued the pedagogical and scientific dynasty of Palamarchuk. Now Elena Vladimirovna works at the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine . Since 1970, Valentina Fedorovna lives with her family in Kiev , Ukraine .
Pedagogical and scientific activity
- In 1955-1957, in the direction after graduation, Valentina Fedorovna worked as a teacher of the Russian language and literature in Kazakhstan (Borovoye resort);
- During the years 1957-1960, Valentina Fedorovna worked as a director of a secondary school with the police in a village. Pyatikhatki Dnipropetrovsk region;
- In 1960-1968, she held the posts of head teacher of a school and teacher of Russian language and literature in high school, was a teacher at the Zaporizhzhya Pedagogical Institute (Zaporizhzhya National University);
- For several decades (1968-2002), she worked in various positions at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (Kiev), then - the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine: Senior Researcher, Chief Researcher, Head of the Department of Pedagogical innovation (husband, Palamarchuk Vladimir Ilyich, worked in the department of vocational education, ibid.).
- In 1987-2002, Valentina Fedorovna headed the laboratory of pedagogical innovations, was one of the initiators of the founding of new schools in Ukraine, and devoted many years to the development of innovative pedagogy and pedagogical practice. The team under his leadership developed the legal and scientific basis for the establishment of new types of institutions in Ukraine, which were preparing education reform ahead of schedule, were experimental sites where new content and training (education) technologies were tested. Her words, “pure science does not exist, it is always based on pedagogical experience, its peaks are achieved only through the best examples of pedagogical practice” is her pedagogical credo of recent years.
- 2002-2009 - Senior Researcher, Professor at the Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education (University of Education Management, Kiev).
For a long time, V. Palamarchuk was the scientific secretary of the collection “Pedagogy”, which printed the achievements of didactic scientists of that time, in particular, the didactics department (S. P. Bondar, V. P. Volynsky, L. P. Voronin, V. I. Kizenko, V. P. Maksimenko, L. L. Momot, V. A. Onishchuk, V. I. Palamarchuk, V. E. Rymarenko, L. V. Chashko, etc.). Meetings with prominent didactics: Babansky, Yuri Konstantinovich, M. I. Kondakov , gave impetus to cooperation in the field of optimizing the educational process, the scientific organization of labor (“NOTs of a schoolboy - a path to creativity”, 1988), the relationship of learning and student development. V. F. Palamarchuk was directly involved in the formation and activities of the All-Ukrainian Association of Gymnasium and Lyceum Workers of Ukraine; joined the development of legislative acts in the field of education, including the Laws of Ukraine “On Education” (2001); “On general secondary education”; "State program" Education: Ukraine of the 21st century "; concepts of development of general secondary education; educational institutions for capable and talented students. Under her scientific supervision, on the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Temporary regulations on a gymnasium, lyceum, and a private general educational institution were developed .
The scientific school of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Valentina Fedorovna Palamarchuk covers workers of various educational sectors: from a rural teacher to a responsible employee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The scientific potential is more than 300 scientific papers. The author devoted 65 years of her life to teaching work, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine.
In 1983, in Moscow, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the didactic foundations of the formation of students' thinking in the learning process, issued and reprinted a number of books: “The school teaches you to think” (two editions, Russian and Lithuanian. Scientists began the pedagogical concept of developing education, developed a program and methodology of intellectual skills of students in grades 1-12 of general educational institutions, a technology for the development of students' thinking. V.F. Palamarchuk is one of the founders of the theory of pedagogical innovation, the relationship of learning and student development.
