Biography
Born 06/08/1948. He graduated from Tajik State University (1971).
In 1972-1990 worked at the Physics and Technology Institute. S. U. Umarova, Academy of Sciences of the Tajik SSR: Junior Researcher, Senior Researcher.
Since 1990, at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan: scientific secretary of the Department of Physical, Mathematical, Chemical and Geological Sciences (1990-1995), deputy chief scientific secretary (1995-2000), chief scientific secretary (2001-2014).
Since June 2014, Deputy Scientific Director of the Center for Innovative Development of Science and New Technologies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Scientific interests:
- studies of organic semiconductors with special photographic and electrical properties,
- solar energy conversion methods,
- use of renewable energy sources.
The author (co-author) of more than 200 scientific papers, including 6 monographs, 7 brochures. Received 25 copyright certificates and 7 patents for inventions.
Doctor of Chemical Sciences (1998). Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan (2001). Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan (2008, specialty "energy").
