Biography
Born in a mullah family in 1907 in a. Seine, Iranian Kurdistan , Persia . Educated at a religious school. He served as a mullah in a mosque .
In 1939, he edited the Kurdish magazine Galyavezh (Sirius), where his poems were printed. In 1948, he published the Nizar magazine in Kurdish and Arabic.
In 1958-1974 he taught Kurdish philology and the history of Kurdish literature at Baghdad University .
He died in 1984.
Creativity
A. Sajjadi - author of The History of Kurdish Literature (Mezhuy adabi kurdi, 1954); essay “Traveling through Iraqi Kurdistan” (“Gashtek la, Kurdistani Irakda”, 1955).
He compiled a folk collection “Pearl Necklace” (“Reshtai Mervari”, vols. 1-3, 1955-1957) and a biographical essay “Memoirs of Pyrammerd” (“Poison Pyrammerd”, 1950), dedicated to the Kurdish poet Pyrammerd (1867-1950), and “Memories of Zaki Bag” (“Yadi Emin Zaki Bag”, 1950) - about the famous Kurdish historian [1] .
