Gulsara Mukimovna Dadabaeva (born , ) is a Tajik athlete , a specialist in long-distance running and a marathon . Biography

Gulsara Dadabaeva was born on July 4, 1976 in the city of Dushanbe of the Tajik SSR .

At the age of six, she began to practice gymnastics at school No. 54, and received 1st grade in this discipline. Later she became interested in athletics, ran distances of 800 and 1500 meters. She was trained under the guidance of coach Gairat Negmatov at the Spartak Stadium and at the Central Stadium in Dushanbe.

In 1993, she became a member of the Tajik national team and performed at the World Championships in Stuttgart , where she took 42nd place at a distance of 3000 meters and 38th place at a distance of 10,000 meters.

At the 1994 junior world championship in Lisbon, she showed 24 and 17 results in the same disciplines, respectively.

In 1995, she became the thirteenth in the 3000m race at the indoor indoor championship in Barcelona , finished seventh in the marathon at the Universiade in Fukuoka .

Thanks to a series of successful performances, she was awarded the right to defend the country's honor at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta - she showed time 3:09:08 in the program of the women's marathon, settling down on the 61st line in the final protocol of the competition.

In 1997, at the world championship in Athens, she took 54th place in the marathon.

She participated in the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok , but was disqualified during the marathon and did not show any result here.

In 1999, at the World Championships in Seville in the marathon, she finished 42nd.

Being among the leaders of the track and field team of Tajikistan, it successfully passed the selection for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney . This time I ran the marathon distance at 2:51:03, thus showing 41 final results.

After the Sydney Olympics, Dadabaeva remained in the Tajik national team for another Olympic cycle and continued to take part in major international competitions. So, in 2001, she celebrated her performance at the world championship in Edmonton , where she took 46th place in the marathon, finished seventh at the Stockholm marathon .

In 2002, she was the seventh in the marathon at the Asian Games in Busan , showed 61 times at the World Half Marathon Championships in Brussels , 9 times at the Stockholm Marathon, while she ran 10,000 meters at the Asian Championships in Colombo and could not finish.

At the Ljubljana marathon in 2003, she finished second and set her personal record at 2:39:03, which is also the national record of Tajikistan. In addition, this season won the marathon in French Le Havre.

In 2004, she went to perform at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , where she took the final 53rd place in the marathon. Thus, she became the first Tajik athlete who managed to perform at three Olympics.

Since 1998, permanently resides in the city of Kungur, Perm Territory , Russia . Works as a children's athletics coach [1] .
